Our client is seeking a Facilities Associate Analyst for a contract opportunity in Dallas, TX! The Facilities Associate Analyst provides analytical and reporting project support for the Facilities Department.


Demonstrates the ability to assist with data analysis, visualization and implementing processes to improve productivity and accuracy of reporting.
Demonstrates a working knowledge of data analysis and data visualization tools to create reports and manipulate data from various sources.
Demonstrates an ability to learn to transform raw data into easily understood presentable and actionable findings.
Acquires an understanding of Corporate Facilities technical toolset. Achieves this through independent study, formal training, partnering with a mentor and/or by working with a Subject Matter Expert.
Works on a small number of concurrent projects that are structured, well-defined, and low complexity with frequent guidance from Leadership.
Assists Leadership with data gathering, analysis and reporting related to Department driven metrics.
Demonstrates the ability to identify problems or issues and escalates to Leader in a timely manner.
Provide training one-on-one format on the use of the technical toolset used by Corporate Facilities
Assists with creating material and training, both written and oral.

Degree with an emphasis on Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Finance, Economics or equivalent work experience required.
1-year work experience as an Analyst or relevant college coursework preferred.
Working knowledge of various analytical and visualization tools such as R, Python, Alteryx and Tableau is required.
Working knowledge of SQL preferred.
Ability to partner, communicate, with various Teams and/or external partners.
Ability to handle concurrent tasks with frequent interruptions with frequent Leadership guidance.
Able to meet deadlines successfully.
Able to analyze small to medium problems, articulating the problem or root cause, and translating the analysis into viable solution recommendations with assistance from Leadership.
Partners, communicates, and builds relationships to gather Customer and business requirements and communicate effectively with Team.
Demonstrates the ability to build trusting relationships within Team.
Gains understanding of how business process and the supporting applications “fit together.”
