Job Description:

Looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative

This position will include training, hourly, plus commission. It is located in

Los Angeles 90010 (Wilshire and Vermont)

Eligible for commissions after 2 months; can make around $6-7k/month in commissions after about 6 months of tenure

Parking will not be paid by the company.

Key success factors:

1. Sales experience (ideally mortgage, financial services, wholesale/B2B). Someone with just customer service experience will not do well, based on previous hires for this client.

2. Track record for exceeding/meeting metrics such as making 50 outbound calls/day

3. Must be able to close deals within the first 1-2 months, so someone with a track record of getting results quickly

4. Desired traits – aggressive sales person, driven, thrives in meeting daily metrics

Will be given 16 hours of training. Will do B2B outbound calls to enlist brokers as partners. Will also use CRM system. Must be computer savvy.
